At Advanced Records Management (ARM), our friendly, background-screened drivers come to you. You never lift a finger!

  Our Process

We haul all equipment slated for recycling to our truck, parked just outside your building.

We record all equipment serial numbers.

We shred any data storage components, such as hard drives, right there at your location before we leave.

You receive a Certificate of Destruction showing the serial numbers of each item we shredded or hauled away.

We take the pieces to a trusted, local recycler to be made into new, sustainable products.
